Courses & workshops

In Cheshire, I run Alexander courses and workshops in Knutsford, Wilmslow and Northwich. These events are designed to introduce the Alexander Technique and help you decide if you would like to take it further by embarking on a series of lessons. Courses and workshops can also provide some useful tips and tools to help you in your daily life.

Regular events include:

• course of five adult education classes at the Wilmslow Guild, adult education institute (daytime and evening)
• one-day Saturday workshop at Sir John Deane’s College, Northwich
• events for small groups at my Knutsford practice (e.g. 1.5 hour introductory session)
