Courses & workshops

In Cheshire, I run Alexander courses and workshops in Knutsford, Wilmslow and Northwich. These events are designed to introduce the Alexander Technique and help you decide if you would like to take it further by embarking on a series of lessons. Courses and workshops can also provide some useful tips and tools to help you in your daily life.

Regular events include:

• courses of five or ten adult education classes at the Wilmslow Guild, adult education institute (daytime and evening)
• course of five adult education evening classes at Sir John Deane’s College, Northwich
• one-day Saturday workshop at Sir John Deane’s College, Northwich
• short introductory session (1.5 hours) for a small group at my Knutsford practice
• half-day workshops with various themes e.g. back care at the Civic Centre, Knutsford
• small-group course over four weeks at my practice in Knutsford.
