I regularly give talks and demonstrations on the Alexander Technique to local groups throughout Cheshire and South Manchester. Talks may be of interest to adult education/self-development groups, healthcare professionals and support groups for people living with chronic conditions such as arthritis or Parkinson's disease. Recent talks include:
